Instructions
- Contact support once you are on site (1-855-885-4888).
- Find package that was sent, your Prodco tech support agent can send tracking info.
- Send photos of all package contents in one photo.
- Send measurements and photos of the entrance(s) (Wide angle photos, ceiling height, entrance width). If there are multiple entrances, please label which entrance you are sending photos of.
- Send photos of network area (bring package contents to network).
- Plug in for test comms at network area, tech support will provide a switch port if a specific port is needed. Leave sensor plugged in for pre-configurations by tech support.
