Instructions

  1. Contact support once you are on site (1-855-885-4888).
  2. Find package that was sent, your Prodco tech support agent can send tracking info.
  3. Send photos of all package contents in one photo.
  4. Send measurements and photos of the entrance(s) (Wide angle photos, ceiling height, entrance width). If there are multiple entrances, please label which entrance you are sending photos of.
  5. Send photos of network area (bring package contents to network).
  6. Plug in for test comms at network area, tech support will provide a switch port if a specific port is needed. Leave sensor plugged in for pre-configurations by tech support.
